For the first time, the Government of Santa Fe, through the Ministry of Productive Development, has held a meeting exclusively for the video game industry. The conference, which took place at El Molino, in the capital of Santa Fe, was supported by national universities such as Del Litoral (UNL), Rafaela (UNRaf) and Rosario (UNR), as well as the Universidad Abierta Interamericana in Rosario (UAI).
‘The balance is extremely positive. More than 3,000 attendees from all over the country and abroad came to our province to learn about talent in an area that is in full development,’ said the head of Productive Development, Gustavo Puccini.
In addition to the exhibitions, there were also 12 master conferences and workshops with more than 500 attendees, in which the latest trends in the sector were presented. 25 videogame producers exhibited their developments and forged links with their peers from other provinces and countries during the 3 days of the forum.
The event also included business rounds to attract investment in the sector. ‘This was the first of many video games expos to come. It is part of a priority policy in the productive axes of our administration. That is why we also participated for the first time in 25 years in.
