Pullaro: "The model that we show from Santa Fe is the one that will drive the country forward"

The governor said this in Fray Luis Beltrán, during his visit to the construction company Brimax, which inaugurated a plant for the innovative manufacture of concrete panels.

"The way out for Argentina is through economic growth, job creation and industrial development," said Pullaro.

The governor of the province of Santa Fe, Maximiliano Pullaro, visited today, together with the Minister of Productive Development, Gustavo Puccini, the Santa Fe brick factory Brimax located in the town of Fray Luis Beltrán. The company inaugurated the expansion of the plant, to make autoclaved cellular concrete panels (HCCA). It is the only company to carry out this production process in South America.

During the ceremony, Pullaro congratulated the company for investing in difficult times and said he was "convinced that the model that we can show from the province of Santa Fe is the model that can take Argentina forward". "We are from an invincible province, where the companies bear the names of their founders who do not think of taking the money to tax havens but invest it in their cities," he said.

"When we began our administration, we set out two criteria for our work: the first was to put order in all areas of the State. And the second is to have an efficient state that accompanies development, because we are convinced that Argentina's way out is through economic growth, job creation and industrial development," the governor emphasised.

For his part, the Minister of Productive Development, Gustavo Puccini, referred to the sustainable work carried out by the company and stressed that "Santa Fe is aligned with this energy efficiency strategy and has been doing so for decades because it is a province that already has laws in this regard, such as housing labelling, so that there will be sustainable and efficient housing".

Provincial production to the world

In view of this, Puccini asked the businessmen to "count on the Ministry of Productive Development, both at the national level to be able to deepen this production, and also in foreign trade", and concluded by explaining that "we see our market in the world and that is why we participate in a lot of fairs that are held abroad and that is why we are also encouraged to carry out historic actions for the country, such as generating the Santa Fe Business Forum".

For his part, Mariano Brajkovic, president of Brimax indicated that the inauguration of the plant is part of the culmination of an investment of 30 million dollars that the firm had planned to execute since the inauguration of the HCCA brick factory, in 2018. "It is a big step for us, because nowhere in South America are these panels being manufactured, bringing real innovation to construction," Brajkovic said. Also present at the event were the secretary of Industrial Development, Guillermo Beccani; the mayor of the town, Mariano Cominelli; the mayor of San Lorenzo; Leonardo Raimundo; among other authorities.

About the company and HCCA bricks

Brimax manufactures and markets HCCA bricks with Maximum Smooth technology. This is a double wire cutting process that achieves an extremely smooth finish with millimetric cutting precision. These are obtained from a mortar composed of Portland cement, silica sand, gypsum, lime and aluminium powder. These bricks offer high mechanical strength, excellent acoustic and thermal comfort. They are also ecological, with minimal energy consumption for their manufacture, easy and quick to use, which makes them a perfect material for multiple projects.
