The Government of Santa Fe, through the Santa Fe Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation (Asactei), launched the call for proposals 2024 "ANR Science, Technology and Innovation Events in the Productive Sector".
The purpose of the line is to support and provide funding through non-refundable contributions (ANR) to scientific, technological and knowledge economy events, such as congresses, seminars and meetings, which contribute to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge and have a significant impact on the productive system of the province of Santa Fe. It also includes training and education activities promoted by the innovation platforms and aimed at companies, technological enterprises and the general public.
The call is aimed at public or private non-profit institutions located in the province of Santa Fe.
In this regard, the Minister of Productive Development, Gustavo Puccini said that "every year in the province there are numerous scientific and technological events that seek to introduce innovation in the production system, organised by chambers and associations and also by laboratories and universities. These events bring dynamism to our knowledge sector and to the production sector of the various networks".
"From Science Santa Fe we support the holding of these meetings through a specific instrument, which is aimed at those who focus on scientific advances and also those related to technology and its applications. The training provided by innovation platforms for entrepreneurs and technology-based companies grouped in parks and clusters can also receive contributions," added the Secretary for Science, Technology and Innovation, Erica Hynes.
She also stated that "it is important to be at the forefront and to be able to have strategic training for this area of production, for example: intellectual property, business intelligence applications, gender innovations in technological ventures and many others".
Finally, the provincial official said that for all these reasons "this tool of NRAs for scientific and technological events is important, and we have given it a boost in order to promote the whole network of knowledge that Santa Fe has. They will be open for events throughout the year and we will surely continue with new calls in the coming periods.
