Productive roads: The Province invests more than 760 million dollars in the Department of General Obligadogft

They will be allocated to works related to production in Villa Ocampo, La Sarita, Guadalupe Norte and Avellaneda. "Driven by Governor Pullaro, we support and accompany the entire productive chain of Santa Fe", assured Minister Gustavo Puccini.

With the aim of improving the trafficability of roads that connect rural areas to highways, freeways and cities, in order to improve the competitiveness of different economic activities, the Government of the Province of Santa Fe is implementing the Productive Roads Program. This is an initiative promoted by the Ministry of Productive Development through which investments of more than 760 million dollars were announced for the municipalities of the General Obligado Department.

"Driven by Governor Pullaro, we support and accompany the entire productive chain of Santa Fe. We do it in different ways, a very important one has to do with productive roads", assured Minister Gustavo Puccini during the meeting held at the Agency for Development of Reconquista, where agreements were signed with the municipalities of Villa Ocampo, La Sarita, Guadalupe Norte and Avellaneda.


The activity was attended by the Minister of Government, Fabián Bastia; the Minister of Labor, Roald Báscolo; the Senator of the Department of General Obligado, Orfilio Marcón; the mayors of Avellaneda, Gonzalo Braidot, and Villa Ocampo, Cristian Fabricio Marega; as well as the mayors of Guadalupe Norte, Héctor Zat, and La Sarita, Gerardo Castillo.

Development, stimulus, and balance
Minister Puccini went on to say: "Today we are signing agreements for rural roads worth almost 800 million dollars, as part of this program through which we will invest a total of 8 billion dollars. Our commitment as a provincial government is to continue to work intensively in this sense, providing infrastructure to the regions that need it most to boost their production". Finally, he noted: "The closeness with which this government carries out its management. We are always open to dialogue to strengthen our views and, as a team, build the Santa Fe of the future, which will be the locomotive of the Argentine Republic".

Productive Roads
The Productive Roads Program aims to improve the accessibility of roads connecting rural areas to highways, freeways, and cities in order to enhance the competitiveness of various economic activities. It also has an impact on the quality of life of rural workers, teachers, students, and neighbors who live along the roads where production takes place.

In the case of La Sarita, 2 tracks were approved for a total of 4,888 meters in which $ 234,067,806.23 will be invested and will benefit 2 schools with 259 students and 76 teachers - assistants to 2 beekeepers with 345 hives and 10 producers with 372.00 agricultural hectares, 592.96 livestock hectares, 438 heads of beef cattle, 20 heads of dairy cattle in 1 dairy farm and 127,750 liters of raw milk per year.

In Guadalupe Norte and Avellaneda, a route of 5,841 meters was approved, in which $210,288,960.00 will be invested, which will benefit a beekeeper with 48 hives and six producers with 17.00 agricultural hectares, 725.62 livestock hectares and 507 head of cattle.

Finally, for Villa Ocampo, two tracks with a total length of 8,850 meters were approved; this is an investment in productive infrastructure of $ 318,600,000, which will benefit four schools with 219 students and 86 teachers-assistants, and 14 producers with 148.00 agricultural hectares, 585.81 livestock hectares, 2,848 head of beef cattle, 60 head of dairy cattle in 1 dairy farm and 328,500 liters of raw milk per year.

Keeping our word
During the ceremony, Bastia delivered a boat to the Port Authority of Reconquista. In this regard, the Minister of Government of Santa Fe recalled: "This is one of the four public ports of the Province, and in this case we have delivered a boat that will serve to optimize the operation, since, among other actions, it provides services to ships passing through the Paraná River, assists livestock producers in the island area, helps the prefecture in the security of the river. This port has the great challenge of promoting trade and tourism, being part of the "Jaaukanigás". In addition, regarding the Productive Roads Program, Bastia noted that "the government of Maximiliano Pullaro is of closeness, of listening, of keeping its word. One of our commitments is to support all producers and that is why we have made such an important investment".
