The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Security of the Nation, Claudio Moroni, and representatives of the labor portfolios in the whole country.
In this context, Pusineri said that "the province of Santa Fe is having a recovery in labor matters driven by the sectors of production, commerce, gastronomy and hospitality, with rates that consolidate this trend."
Then, he added that "with the data that is being handled, it is possible to expect the expansion of the economic activity and employment to reach levels similar to or even higher than the pre-pandemic ones. To achieve this, through the Ministry of Labor of the province, various programs have been launched such as First Employment, which aims to create and sustain formal work, by paying an economic subsidy to entrepreneurs and merchants who hire unemployed young people. "
On his part, Moroni stressed that the economic recovery that the country is experiencing was possible thanks to "the vocation of dialogue that the different parties or coalitions that govern each of the jurisdictions have demonstrated. We have worked together and we also did it during the pandemic with the collaboration of all public administrations, trade unions, and business chambers."
Finally, he remarked the CFT support to the negotiations that are being carried out with the IMF, "Argentina immediately needs an economic recovery and sustainable development, its own scheme of public policies, which allow opening paths to economic recovery and thus face the payment commitment we have in the future. (...) The Federal Labor Council supports negotiations with the International Monetary Fund to reach an agreement that takes into account development and inclusion with the generation of work to achieve the well-being of Argentinians."
The Federal Labour Council is an agency which objective is to strengthen labour administrations, ensuring the greatest efficiency of government activity and social actors in the different jurisdictions and competences.
